Conditions of Use

The Inquiry validity: 30 days, the Company will be under this Request information separately send a formal offer, only the performance and price of the official quotation are admitted by ASIAN .

Taiwan's buyer use NT or U.S. as the main trading currencies, the other buyer use U.S. dollars as the main trading currency.
Any natural disaster causes the delivery delayed,purchaser allow the delivery postponed without any condition of reparation.ASIAN has no duty of disaster for the object ASIAN sold in shipping.
The Shipping term is one months for parts and raw material. The Shipping term is at least three months for machinery.
payment term:40% deposit of the total amount, 50% of the total price after confirming the function, 10% of the total amount of the balance due installed.
The downpayment of the parts and materials is paid at 100% in cash.
If the purchaser doesn't pay the balance due, ASIAN Hi Tech has a one hundred percent of ownership on the object ASIAN sold.
if there is controversy in the process of trading,Taiwan Taichung District Court is the first court for jurisdiction.
if the conditions are not enough. ASIAN will writ the addtional condition on offical quotation ASIAN send by Email.
The buyer have duty to do the acceptance for ASIAN, If purchser directly pay the balance due, it means purchser admit completly the prudct ASIAN offer. The warranty term is from the payment time.
